This touch of Provence styled home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, single story home that offers a cozy cottage feel, yet also a spacious feel leading to beautifully landscaped gardens where you can enjoy your favorite beverage or meal anytime of day. This home offers everything that will make this a comfortable stay for you including evenings on the deck with café lighting and firepit. This is only available once a year during August, September, and October which are the best months of the year in Monterey Bay area! (Not ideal for small children due to deck and household items). A charming entry, through a custom garden gate, brings you into a beautiful storybook garden, with garden lights and a flowing fountain, where you can have your morning coffee but this is only the beginning. Upon entering, you will see beautiful hardwood floors, window seats, skylights and custom Provencal kitchen, that will transport you to the South of France. The primary bedroom and spacious guest room, will lead you to the oversized deck, that overlooks the gorgeous garden, with a cozy firepit and multiple areas to relax and barbecue. The café lights and fountain provide a wonderful ambiance, while having a glass of wine or dining in the backyard. Have fun playing in the Petanque court similar to Bocce Ball, while enjoying the garden and beautiful forest views, where you can periodically see deer behind the fence. It is a wonderful place to relax and get away from it all. The garage not available for parking car. Driveway available for parking. What a fabulous location that is close to everything – just blocks to town and weekly Farmer’s market, as well as to the shopping center, that has a Whole Foods market. Close by as well is another upscale market, Italian Bakery, and Mexican Restaurant, all within walking distance. It's 5 minutes by car to downtown. You can be in Carmel, Pebble Beach or Pacific Grove, or on your way down the Big Sur coast in no time. There is so much to see and do, with different areas offering everything from world-class golf, beach, fabulous hiking trails, scuba diving, world renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, picturesque walking and biking trail along the coast, fabulous restaurants and shopping, wine tasting and wonderful venues.
